Bal's passion for helping people look and feel their best has driven her to spend the last 18 years of her life living and working in the Ancaster area. She opened Perfecta Med Spa & Wellness, believing in using only the latest technologies and medical grade skin products to meet her client's varying needs.

The spa is fully equipped with services like Microneedling, IPL/Laser for skin rejuvenation and hair removal, Hydrafacial MD, advanced skin analysis, and many more cosmetic treatments. Bal brings a friendly energy to every service she provides, ensuring every client feels looked after.

Richard is a highly experienced Massage Therapist with over 20 years in the industry. He has a unique and compassionate approach to his work, having gained expertise from working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists. He offers a range of services including Reflexology and manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Richard uses a collaborative approach to meet his clients' individual needs and strives to achieve positive results for their health and wellness. He is passionate about proactively maintaining his clients' health through non-invasive techniques. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Richard is dedicated to providing the best possible care for his clients.

Lily Wu - R.Ac. R.TCMP.
Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Xiaoli (Lily) is a highly skilled Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with over 26 years of experience. She has received a Bachelor of Acupuncture from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and is a provincially registered practitioner of both Acupuncture and TCM in Ontario. With her extensive background, Lily holds the joint credentials of a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP.).

Prior to emigrating, she worked as an Acupuncturist and TCM doctor at the Lishan Hospital of Ansteel in China, where she held the position of Deputy Chief Acupuncture Physician and was responsible for training and overseeing resident doctors. Lily is committed to achieving great results for her patients and is dedicated to providing the best possible care.

Rebecca Neal

Registered Practical Nurse

Rebecca is a Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from Fanshawe in 2013. Since then, Rebecca has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as Family Practice, Acute Inpatient Medicine, Emergency and Dermatology.

Rebecca stumbled upon her true passion for medical aesthetics when she began working in Dermatology and began to experience the fulfilment that clients achieved from aesthetic procedures. She is passionate about educating her clients on anti-aging prevention and overall skin health to help achieve a younger, refreshed look that awakens their inner beauty.

Rebecca completed her cosmetic training certification though the internationally recognized APT Injection training medical school in Oakville and continues to expand her expertise through continued education, mentorship and extensive training in order to provide up-to-date services and safe injection techniques. Her approach is to produce the most natural looking results and to have her clients feeling confident and refreshed.

While Rebecca maintains a position in Urgent Care as Medical Nurse, in her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with her family and 2 dogs. Her favourite way to end the day is cuddled up on the couch with her dogs and family, either watching Netflix or reading a good book.
